The right to decide what remedies to use should be with the individual not some nameless bureaucrat. Herbal remedies have been used for many years with good results. I won't be told I can't use them any more.

I can't believe it's come to this. Can these Euro committees seriously think they are limiting natural health products for our own good? More people die every year from misuse of pharmaceuticals - and that's a fact! These herbal products have been used for centuries whilst the modern drugs are the new threats to our health. Fundamentally, no one has the right to tell me what to use for my own wellbeing. I take full responsibility for my own health. Please do not follow this ridiculous course of action in my name.

I have used alternative medicine on many occasions where conventional medicine has failed to work! I would hate to think that the opportunity to use anything other than new pharmaceutical medicine could be taken away. They often have harsh side effects, and can even lead to further complications down the road. So from experience I would always choose alternative medicines first.

When we try to help ourselves and keep healthy - to take responsibility for our own health and not to rely on the overstretched NHS - we have that choice taken from us by those who wish us to fit into boxes. We seek to look after ourselves without the need for expensive drugs - why, in a democracy, is that right being taken away from us? This is worse than living in a dictatorship. I hope justice and common sense will prevail

Why should the EU decide what and what I cannot take. Gramma's Zara's herbal tea has helped me so much and also my dog Kerry, we have both had cancer and since taking it we are both cancer free. Also I make Gramma's Willow tea for my dog, for his arthritis, he is nearly 15 yrs and still have his 3 walks a day and is so spritely, what will be do without it ! It is absurd that something that helps us both is being denied us ! Wendy Waygood

My familly has used natural rememdies for over 30yrs with great success and no side-affetcts. We wish to have the option (and the HUMAN RIGHT) of continuing to do so.
