I believe that it is the right of every individual to choose the form of medicine they believe is best for them, their children and families health. Coming from a cultural background where It has been common practice to use natural herbal remedies handed down from my grandmother, my mother and aunts for many different ailments from the common cold to period pains, I am concerned that this choice may be taken away from me and others who continue to use and subscribe to this natural form of healing and therapy. I am therefore signing this petition, because I am strongly against the enforcement of a 'pharmaceutical drug' dependent culture which denies the right of freedom of choice and practice for alternative medicinal remedies and practitioners, by enforcing their power driven legislations.
