As director of a charity that treatments women, and children suffering the effects of drug addiction and alcohol addiction, your campaign is important - especially as most women's health suffers terribly due to the chronic self abuse. Healthy eating is the only way to ensure the women can heal and babies - often born prematurely or addicted to drugs can develop at a health steady rate.

Having experienced breast cancer, the treatment and all that ensued. The constant suffering and the loss of loved ones, I believe it is up to ME to look after my longevity, which means looking after my immune system with supplements and non GM foods. So much of our food chain is being interfered with in the name of profit and world domination that we, as consumers and tax paying individuals, don't realise how this has a huge impact on our long term wellbeing. I pursue my own research into what I find is best for ME and my Family, I want to be allowed to continue that freedom without being dictated to by those who feel they cannot obtain either political or financial gain from certain health and human issues. Politicians are putting too many restrictions on us as a nation in so called ???Our Name??? having duped us at the electoral booth with empty promises, ridicules demands, and a semi enforcement of a Nanny State ??? but yet, if accused boarding on dictatorship the western democracies would rebuke that statement fiercely. It is our constitutional right to choose ??? so at least allow us that freedom.

I do not think that the EU should be taking this action. These vitamins and minerals and herbal remedies have been around for a long time. They should not be banned or classified or reduced in strength as medicines because big business cannot make money from them.
